Centennial Office Buildings

The Centennial Office project is a 32,500 SF new construction office building located in the Northeast side of Tallahassee. The two levels of new construction were built for multi-tenant use, which includes an efficient central circulation core with stairs, restrooms, and utility spaces. The brick and stucco façade are reflective of a traditional style of Tallahassee architecture, highlighted by an arched entrance feature and reflective glazing.
