Serving as the cornerstone for Midtown, Orleans Place is a New Orleans-inspired development with both retail and restaurant spaces. Formerly a gas station, this site needed a landmark building to serve as a portal into the Midtown district.
The project has over 10,000 SF of retail and restaurant units, including a massive second floor outdoor patio overlooking Thomasville Road. Exposed concrete column elements were added to the first level to give the project a unique New Orleans Jackson Square look while still maintaining its traditional elements with the brick exterior and metal awnings.
