The Plantation Beach house project was a new construction for a residence overlooking the coastline in St. George Island. The 4,000 SF, three-story build includes five bedrooms and five bathrooms for the client, as well as a residential elevator which allows guests to enter with a spectacular view of the gulf.
The most noticeable feature of the custom home is the massive glass wall in the living area overlooking the beach and coastline, which is over 20 feet tall from floor to roof peak. The glazing of the home is complemented by the angular roof which can appear like a ballerina dancing upon the rolling beach dunes below.
