This beach house project was a new construction build for a vacation residence in Carrabelle, Florida. The two-story building features multiple outdoor decks on both floors to take in all the views of the natural landscape and water which are only steps away from the home.
The project was designed to fit in with the North Florida vernacular, with board and batten siding abutting a standing seam light-colored roof with beachy blue and gray tones. Windows are positioned on every face of the building to immerse the visitors in the beachfront scenery.
