The Cloisters is a mixed-use development located in the All-Saints neighborhood of Tallahassee which focused on fostering a walkable, urban corridor near the Railroad Square Arts District.
The four-story building houses 24 units of two and one-bedroom Charleston-style homes with retail below each unit that faces Blount Street. Each unit has its own distinct exterior style, ranging from traditional brick and siding to corrugated metal panels that creates a dynamic building face. The balconies on each level of the main units allows for residents to take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.
