Originally designed for First South Bank in 1997, the BB&T Bank houses over 16,000 SF of bank and office space on two levels, including a covered drive-through with offices above. The site is situated on a hill, so in order to maintain simplicity in the floor plan, the lower part of the site was designated as the drive through, leaving the main interior on a single plane.
