The Black News Channel project focuses on the renovation of more than 20,000 SF of existing office space into a state-of-the-art television station. The interior lobby showcases the existing building structure in addition to the exposed air ducts painted red to contrast the wood light wall and feature elements.
The existing space was filled with two large studios, a newsroom, make-up, wardrobe, a green room, and over 10,000 SF of technical support staff space. The existing building was given a facelift with a new entry addition which gives the building a celebrated entrance and an all-glass façade.
