Located off College Avenue in Downtown Tallahassee, this multi-tenant retail project was a renovation and a remodel. The renovation added live-work spaces above the former Po-Boys Restaurant location and provided a new exterior scheme to update the façade.
Home to a large lobbying group, the project included creating new offices for the employees, as well as a living area for traveling employees to stay while in town. These spaces included bedrooms, a kitchen area, restrooms and showers which are housed on the opposite end of the floor with the workspaces.
