Emerald Park Resort Living

Located just minutes from the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach, this project included the redevelopment of an existing 15-acre multi-family residential property.  The project included five new three-story residential buildings containing a total of 108 new 1, 2, and 3-bedroom luxury apartments.  A new 6,500 SF clubhouse was also designed central to the site, with numerous indoor and outdoor amenities including clubroom, fitness center, game room, business center, resort-style swimming pool and pool deck, expansive covered loggias, outdoor seating areas, fenced dog park, new central mail pavilion, and plentiful greenspace and new landscaping throughout the property.  The original 2,100 SF clubhouse was also remodeled into an on-site Coworking Center with lounge areas, conference rooms, and private Zoom pods, which give the residents a professional work setting without having to leave the property.  In addition to the architecture, Conn Architects also provided full Interior Design services for the project including specification of all finishes, colors, fixtures, and furnishings, both interior and exterior.
