Momentum Fitness

What began as a plain pre-engineered metal building, the Momentum Fitness exterior renovation gave the entire plaza a much-needed facelift. Wood slat siding was added in a pattern along the façade with larger column elements accenting the retail’s elevation to give the entire plaza a modern feel. An additional awning structure was built for the gym entrance to provide a covered walkway into the gym and other retail units. A new, industrial gray color scheme was selected for the metal building siding to contrast the fresh wood and brick elements.
