The home has 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths with a chef’s kitchen, large butler’s pantry, and custom built-ins throughout the open concept floor plan. The light blue tones paired with the white trim and wood accents create a serene environment for the fire pit and hot tub which have direct access to the beach.
Because of the location of the home and its proximity to the beach no expense was spared in the construction of the residence to showcase the beach views. Expanses of glass at both living levels allow for breathtaking gulf views from many areas in the home, including the staircase at the corner of the building. To further compliment the coast, beach elements and themes were brought into the interior of the home as well, which includes a tabby-stucco fireplace that integrates seashells into the material finish.
