Housed in the 1941 historical Coca-Cola bottling plant, Proof Brewing Co. needed a larger space for their craft beer brewing and distribution facility. The project called for a complete gut of the existing space so it could be configured for a new brewing area, tasting room, private event space, and outdoor beer garden.
Close coordination with the Proof owner was needed to plan the brewery spaces, which feature a drive-in cooler, keg yard, and packaging areas for the craft brews. The remaining spaces accommodate several large, open areas for events and tastings, featuring over 40’ of bar seating and several large, high top tables. Out back, the covered patio area is a great place to grab a seat and look out onto the beer garden, frequently home to local band performances, dancing and outdoor games.
