Gina Demirel, AIA

Gina is a graduate of Florida State University with a double major in Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Masters of Architecture from Florida A&M University.  She originally joined Conn Architects in 2008, but left to pursue real estate development in Houston, Texas.  In 2017, she returned to Tallahassee to re-join Conn Architects as a full-time Architect.  Her experience in real estate development allows her to assist her clients with both a design perspective and an understanding of project feasibility. She enjoys commercial projects, especially adaptive reuse and incremental development.  She is a registered Architect, a member of AIA Florida, past President of AIA Tallahassee, a member of NCARB, and President of Grow Tallahassee, a local non-profit focused on smart growth.
